I began my yoga journey 20 years ago, not only to stay fit, but to cultivate a meditation practice. As the physical demands of my decorative painting business began to affect my body, I discovered that over time, a regular yoga practice helped to heal and restore not only physical but mental wellbeing. By teaching yoga, I wish to help others find wellbeing through this ancient practice. I’ve practiced Bikram, Astanga, Yin and Vinyasa flow. I am fascinated with the mind/body connection and consider myself a lifelong student.

 

I see my art as a meditation and a journey towards self-realization. I enjoy traveling, exploring nature, hiking, camping, listening to music and reading about spirituality. I have a Bachelors Degree in Housing and Interior Design and an Associates of Science in Advertising Design and Commercial Photography.

I received my 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification in October 2018.
